Our role

FUN AL HAYAT arranges services on your behalf in Paris and across France, such as accommodation, dining, boat cruises, transport, activities and shopping. Many of these are delivered by independent third-party providers.

Requests and quotations

Each request is quoted individually. Availability and prices can change until a booking is confirmed in writing, including by WhatsApp message.

Payment

Payment terms are communicated with each quotation. A booking is confirmed once the agreed payment or deposit has been received.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the relevant provider. We will tell you the applicable conditions before you confirm, and help you make changes whenever possible. Boat cruises may be rescheduled or cancelled by the operator because of weather, river conditions or safety.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate information, including names exactly as they appear on travel documents, and make sure you hold any visas or documents required for your trip to France.

Limitation of liability

We select providers with care but are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where FUN AL HAYAT operates.
